My name is Erica Graeter and I am the math coach at Fred Douglass. I have taught here for over 10 years and love our campus. At FD, you can always feel the love and passion that our staff has for helping each and every child to be the best they can be. We do that through purposeful instruction, love and support. 

As the math coach, it is my duty to ensure that every child is getting the best math instruction and that all teachers feel supported in being able to do that. I love helping kids believe that they can be good at math. It is a life-long skill that anyone can obtain. They just need the confidence and understanding of how to process math, practice it daily, and eventually they are ready to take on the world!
